  • Learn how to manage their physiology to sustain the emotional and mental strength required for clarity of thought, planning and decision making, high levels of energy and motivation, personal impact, positivity and delivery against goals

  • Develop the flexibility required to establish and strengthen significant internal and external relationships and maintain productivity in a demanding and fast changing work environment

  • Understand and apply resilience techniques and processes to deliver difficult messages, diffuse conflict, achieve maximum collaboration/results and bounce back from disappointments

  • Prepare and rehearse strategies to build capacity and endurance for long term success

  • Recognise when team members or seniors are exhibiting signs of stress and understand how to be supportive
