Matt trained as an actor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, having first graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Social Psychology.
He has worked as an actor, writer, and director widely across theatre, TV and Film, and Radio. He has worked as a teacher for RADA, and created and ran the ‘Introduction to Improvisation’ course there.
Matt has created and run workshops for clients as diverse as Google, the BBC and innocent, and is passionate about helping people to unlock their creativity and potential.
He is fascinated by the psychological drives behind human behaviour, and is a dedicated student of the link between body, mind and awareness applied to human flourishing at work and beyond.
