MANAGING CHANGE

​

Nothing is as constant as change.  Every part of the business should be engaged in identifying opportunities for change and supporting changes underway - as part of their contribution to the company's purpose of creating and capturing value for all stakeholders. This programme will support delegates in their role as change agents - leading change management initiatives, embracing change and increasing the rate of and receptivity to change – utilising the power of Physical Intelligence to build strength, flexibility, resilience and endurance.

 

Learning Objectives

 

Delegates will:

  • Learn how to manage their physiology to sustain the emotional and mental strength required to be a change agent – personally embracing the change and inspiring others to do the same in environments that are not always receptive to change

  • Develop the flexibility required to let go of the past and demonstrate willingness to explore new approaches

  • Understand and apply resilience techniques and processes to remain positive and optimistic, yet realistic about the change process

  • Prepare and rehearse endurance strategies to sustain focus on the vision and achieve long-term commitment to the change strategy

Suitable for any level from entry through middle managers and senior managers up to executive/board level individuals and teams
