With over twenty years international experience leading groups and individuals in a range of development areas, Abi offers coaching and training that facilitates transformational change.

​

Abi has coached high performing individuals and groups around the world on leadership, leadership presence and personal impact, drawing on her performance background as an actor for twenty years in theatre, television and radio. This brings a practical approach to her work which builds upon her wider executive coaching skills and experience.

This includes presentations, personal impact and influence, leadership development, leadership presence for women, performance management, challenging conversations, diversity & inclusion/unconscious bias. She co-designed and runs RADA Business’s Impact and Influence for Women course and is passionate about helping people to discover their authentic voice, develop greater flexibility and become inspirational leaders and communicators.

Abi work at all levels – from graduates & new joiners, junior and senior management, through to directors and partners – in both the private and public sectors. Working with all management levels, she quickly build trusting relationships that enable powerful, creative coaching solutions.
 

As an actor, Abi worked in theatre, television and radio and was part of the education teams at the Unicorn and Tricycle Theatres. As a coach, she holds an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

 

Abi has extensive experience in the public and private sectors and has worked with many organisations including BBC, Guardian, Freshfields, Linklaters, House of Commons, Department for International Trade, Barclays, HSBC, EY, KPMG, Aviva, BT, Olympic Games Organising Committee and Florence Nightingale Foundation
