PI For COACHING
Effective coaching will make or break an organisation. Too often, our coaches focus more on managing than on coaching and on doing vs. delegating. As a result, they end up carrying too heavy a burden and risk underperforming or burning out. This programme will enable coaches to thrive in a complex, exponentially changing and demanding environment – utilising the power of Physical Intelligence to develop a somatic approach to coaching with strength, flexibility, resilience and endurance.
Learn how to manage their physiology to sustain the emotional and mental strength required for high levels of energy and motivation, accountability, and positivity necessary to support development of the team
Develop the flexibility required to adapt to multiple styles and individual needs while creating an environment that supports creativity and collaboration
Understand and apply resilience techniques and processes to coach high performing teams to achieve their peak performance with maximum collaboration and results
Prepare and rehearse strategies to build capacity and endurance for a consistent commitment to coaching team members to achieve peak performance
Anyone who coaches others, regardless of level of seniority or experience
Prerequisite: Participation in coaching training.
