Rebecca Seymour
Rebecca Seymour has a BEd Hons degree in Human Movement Studies and an MA in Dance Studies from Laban. She began her career as Head of Dance at Colchester VI Form College and went on to be Education Officer at The Place, London.
She has worked in a freelance capacity nationally for 10 years with all ages and abilities, from babes in arms to those in their 90s. Much of her work focuses on movement and dance for well being; involving breath, posture, alignment and the sheer release people feel through movement and body work in relation to their professional goals.
As a consultant/practitioner she has worked for Kube Consultancy with clients such as Barclays, KPMG, Clore Foundation and NHS. She also works with Salisbury Playhouse on their Corporate Development programme, delivering movement and drama courses for confidence and self esteem in the work place.
