Michelle is one of the founding partners of Jupiter Consulting Group, a boutique consultancy providing executive coaching, team and organisational development. Michelle uses future focused, appreciative methodologies to help Add life Back into work. In her Associate role with Companies in Motion, Michelle brings her knowledge of high performance teams and authentic leadership to the table.
Michelle has more than 20 years of consulting and in-house management experience on an international scale. She has been working in the USA, the U.K., and across Continental Europe. She has worked with companies like BNY Mellon, Camelot, CitiGroup, HBOS, Scherring Plough, Nestle, UBS and United Technologies.
Michelle has an undergraduate degree in Business from University of Maryland and a Masters degree in Organisational Behaviour from Johns Hopkins University. She lives in Twickenham, England, likes to run, drink wine (not at the same time!) and frequent flea markets and antique shops. Her bet friends would describe her as intuitive, enthusiastic and energising.
