The Insight:

Exploring the physical mechanisms for engaging core support to maintain posture, and using the Physical Intelligence techniques of ‘flex and flow’ enables delegates to achieve personal resilience, build confidence and trust in others and unlock new thinking to achieve intelligent, forward facing results.

Natural England

The Challenge:
To increase strategic influence and confidence of management teams, during the transition from English Nature to Natural England.

The Approach:
A series of 2-day off site workshops to generate a creative approach to change using modules; Brain/ Body Creativity Workout, Head to Head, I’ll Lead You Follow. There is Nothing Permanent Except Change, Metamorphosis – Anchoring Change.

The Response:

Somerfield

The Challenge:
Prior to a merger with the Co-op, Somerfield launched a series of lunch and learn sessions to maintain employee engagement during a period of restructuring and redundancies.

The Approach:
A series of Physical Intelligence sessions delivered on site, in conjunction with Vybrant. Your Physical Intelligence, Breathing and Living, Posture and Presence, Concept of ‘I’, MOT (Tension Mapping), Voice & Influence, Nutrition and Healthy Eating.

The Response:
