As a busy business owner lack of time or resources can prevent you from investing in your own personal development and well being. But for your business to truly succeed in such demanding and competitive times, investing in yourself is as important as the time you give to the running of your business.
You can currently benefit from free training to develop your leadership and management skills funded by a Government scheme. Train to Gain Leadership and Management Development grant will pay for £500 of training with further matched funding available for additional learning.

If your business has between five and 249 employees or up to 5 volunteers, then the Government's Train to Gain scheme will refund the £500 training costs. Up to £500 of additional funding is available when matched by your business.
