Andrea Bugari: Management Consultant
Andrea is an executive coach and organisational development consultant specialising in facilitation of strategic planning, knowledge management, leadership development, organisational learning, and human resource strategy. Andrea uses organisation development methods and business process analysis, and she also has developed an expertise of Action Learning, Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search Conferences and Open Space Technology.
Andrea has more than 15 years of consulting and in-house management experience on an international scale. She has been working in the USA, the U.K., Switzerland, Germany, France and South Africa, and has worked with companies like O2, Glaxo Smith Kline, Rexam Plc, Rolls Royce, the British Export Credit Guarantee Department, Capital One, Houston Independent School District, Blue Cross and Blue Shields of Florida, Nedcor, the Concert Hall and Convention Centre in Lucerne, the City of Zurich, Migros, and several large publishing companies in Germany and Switzerland.
Andrea is an integrator and loves bridging between research, theory and practice. She has a Masters degree in Social Sciences from the University of Zurich, and another MA in Human Resource Development from the George Washington University in Washington DC. She teaches in an MBA programme at the Institute for Communication research in Lucerne, Switzerland. Topics include Diversity Management, Cross-cultural Effectiveness, Team and Leadership Development.
