Claire Dale, Managing Director
Executive Coach, author and leading exponent of Physical intelligence and ‘Presence Coaching’.
Claire Dale successfully coaches and trains directors, executives, permanent secretaries and politicians, to help them naturally develop their powerful presence and leadership skills.
Claire’s background was in dance. She gained an honours degree at the leading dance school Trinity Laban. She then led her own dance company to European critical acclaim during the 1990s representing Great Britain in a number of high profile Contemporary dance seasons. Claire has also created works for Sir Paul McCartney, Alsop Architects, CandoCo and L'Oreal as well as working on many theatre productions.
Developing and leading high profile projects in the arts is where Claire developed her Leadership skills; engaging stakeholders and meeting their agendas, bringing together teams of talented artists, inspiring them about the project and motivating them to reach the deadline of opening night. Due to a lack of leadership training in the arts at that time, Claire started to develop the concept of Physical Intelligence, using her knowledge of the body to support her own Leadership Development. Years of dedication, training and hard work had enabled Claire to reach the top of her game. A strong presence and leadership skills had to become second nature.
Claire seamlessly integrated her experiences into the world of business by joining the elite team of business coaches at RADA in 2007. Following trial projects with National Express and Sony, a year later Companies in Motion Ltd was launched to carry forward her research and work with Physical Intelligence, She fully understands the science and art of the human body, and how business works,. Her highly charismatic coaching, facilitation and guest speaker skills have seen her most recently working with Bank of New York Mellon, Spaghetti House, SAGE Accounting, and Coca Cola.
